Our Returns & Exchange ProcessUpdated a year ago

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Visit our Returns & Exchange Center  within 30-days of your original purchase.
  2. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA), prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to proceed. 
    • Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the ship back fee associated with our returns. 
    • The cost of $10 prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your total refund.

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

 

  1. To exchange an item, visit our Returns & Exchange Center within 30-days of your original purchase.
  2. Simply follow the same steps outlined above and choose your replacement item after selecting the item you’ll be sending back. If you do not choose a replacement items, our customer support team will contact you directly to complete your exchange.
  3. Once your exchange is processed our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number (RA), prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your exchanged items.
    • For product exchanges, the customer will not be charged a fee for the return shipping label.

Preparing your item for return:

  1. Please securely package the item with all original tags, packaging, and include the order and RA information in your package.
  2. Ship the item back to the designated return address with the prepaid label provided by our customer support team.  
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund less the $10 return fee in 3-5 business days. Refund will be in the form of the original payment method.
