We certainly understand that occasionally you may need to return a product. To start a return on an item purchased at Ovationriding.com, please review the below policy and follow the instructions provided.
Return & Exchange Window:
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange of your product. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
Return & Exchange Fees:
Online exchange orders are free. For returns, when using our prepaid shipping label, $10.00 will be deducted from your refund.
Return & Exchange Policy:
- Items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of any damages caused by the customer.
- Items must be returned with Ovation tags still attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging or a suitable equivalent to protect the product during transit.
Refund Eligibility:
Upon receipt of your return, will inspect all items to ensure they meet the above requirements. If your return is received without meeting these criteria, a refund may not be issued, and we will contact you to arrange reshipment or return of the item to you at your expense.
Non-Refundable Items:
Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other products.
