Order Processing Time:

All orders are typically processed within a day of receiving the order, excluding weekends and holidays. We process and ship packages Monday through Friday and make every effort to ensure timely processing of orders; however, certain circumstances such as high order volume or unforeseen events may cause delays.  

Order Modifications:

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Depending on where the order is in the process, we may not be able to fulfill the change request. We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to address changes or corrections provided by the customer.
